Required Products

  • dry yeast - 10 gr
  • sugar - 20 gr
  • water (warm) - 1 faceted glass (full)
  • salt - pinch
  • olive oil - 12 gr
  • wheat flour - 0.4 kg

Start cooking

  1. Yeast diluted in 25 ml. warm water, add a pinch of sugar and leave for 10 minutes to start working.
  2. Sift the flour, pour it into a bowl and make a small depression in it. Add sugar, salt, olive oil and water. Add the yeast, knead the thick dough.
  3. Then take it out of the bowl and place it on the table. We pre-cook the countertop with olive or vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick. We continue to knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  4. We shift it to a deep cup and cover with a kitchen towel. Give stand for half an hour and proceed to baking.
